E-Effective: 2 Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”An Effective Man is diligent in his study and application of God’s Word. He seeks to bring exceptional results in all his work. soldier fit and available for service always ready to serve in unity.

A-Anointed: Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the

brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”An Anointed Man walks in the Power of the Holy Spirit, using his God-given gifts to serve others.

L-Leader: Mark 10:43-45 “But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: and whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

A Leader is one who leads by serving others, following the example of Christ. True leadership is marked by humility, sacrifice, and a commitment to lifting others up through service and love.

REAL Men Mission

As men, we are called to be fishers of the men who yearn to have a divine encounter with our Heavenly Father. Fostering a Men’s Ministry that will embrace current, new, and potential men to become reliable, effective, anointed leaders will strengthen our ability to do the work of Jesus Christ in our homes, church, jobs, and community. As REAL Men, we are charged to become disciples, find disciples, make disciples, and then repeat the process.
